About The Stronghold:

Originally founded in the heart of Point Loma/Ocean Beach in October 2007, The founders of Stronghold, their intstructors and students now spans across San Diego, the US and worldwide. Read more below about our origins below.

Co-Founders

Co-founded by Michael Cusi, Ray Regno and Raquel Regno Cusi.

The Stronghold is currently operated by Raquel Regno Cusi for Group Team Building Workshops, private lessons and limited group classes for Ladies and Kids. She is also the founder of StrongholdMom.

You can find Professor Michael Cusi at North Park Jitsu for group classes and private lessons.

Ray Regno is currently running CrossFit Stronghold in Spokane, Washington, and is available for group and workshops and private lessons in San Diego throughout the year.
